What these terms cover

These terms apply to every shop that uses FLECK: the counter application, the dashboard, the karigar application and the order tracking page. A signed agreement with a shop takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

The licence

FLECK is licensed per branch, at the price agreed with the shop. If a licence is not renewed, the shop’s account first becomes read-only and later stops accepting new work. Its records are not deleted because a licence has lapsed.

Your accounts and your data

The shop is responsible for the staff accounts it creates and for keeping their passwords private. The shop owns the data it records in FLECK; we process it for the shop as our privacy policy describes.

WhatsApp messages

A shop may connect its own WhatsApp Business number so that FLECK can send its customers order updates and sign-in codes. By connecting, the shop accepts Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and agrees to use the connection in line with them.

The shop sends messages only to customers who have agreed to receive them, and honours every request to stop. Meta charges the shop directly for messages; FLECK adds no charge of its own for WhatsApp messages. The shop can disconnect its number at any time.

Fair use

Do not use FLECK for anything unlawful, to send messages people have not asked for, or to try to reach another shop’s data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell the shop why.

Availability

The counter application keeps working without the internet and catches up when the connection returns. We work to keep the online parts available but cannot promise that they will never be interrupted, and messages depend on Meta and on mobile networks that we do not control.

Liability

As far as the law allows, FLECK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to a shop is limited to the licence fees that shop paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

A shop may stop using FLECK at any time. When it does, it can ask us to delete its data, as our privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update them here and change the date at the top. Shops are told about a change that affects them before it applies.
